Who we are

IntechPulse (intechpulse.com) is operated by Abdul Aziz Bin Harun, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Owner input required: contact email for privacy requests.

What we collect today

  • Server and security logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes request data such as IP address, user agent and requested URL to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • Newsletter (when enabled). If you subscribe, we store your email address, your stated preferences, and the time and wording of your consent. We send a confirmation email and only mail you after you confirm. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.
  • Contact and correction messages (when enabled). The information you submit, so that we can respond.

We do not sell personal information.

Analytics and advertising

At the time this draft was written, no analytics, tracking pixels or advertising scripts are enabled on this site. If the owner enables Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Adsterra or Monetag, this section must be updated before activation to describe those processors, the cookies they set, and how consent is obtained (including a Google-certified consent management platform for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland).

Advertising cookies (applies only once advertising is enabled)

If advertising is turned on, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet. Your US state privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, to limit use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (for example Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and others) have similar rights.

  • Categories collected today: identifiers (IP address in security logs; email address if you subscribe), internet activity (pages requested), and the content of messages you send us.
  • Sale or sharing: we do not sell or share personal information, and no advertising or analytics scripts are active today. If advertising or analytics is enabled, this notice will be updated first. You can opt out at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page ("Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"), and browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals are honored automatically as an opt-out. When you opt out, we do not load analytics or third-party ad networks for your browser, and Google AdSense (if enabled) is requested in non-personalized mode.
  • Sensitive personal information: we do not collect it.
  • Retention: Owner input required: retention periods for logs, subscriber records and messages.
  • How to submit a request: Owner input required: request email/web form and verification method. We will respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days under the CCPA).

Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland (GDPR)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on consent (newsletter), legitimate interests (site security and delivery) and legal obligations as our legal bases. You may access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and complain to your local data protection authority. Personalized advertising for these visitors requires a Google-certified consent management platform, which will be in place before any such ads run.

Children

IntechPulse is a general-audience site not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information (COPPA).
